I don't really have a favorite incline, the Monogahela one is wonderful too. This is just such a great way to experience Pittsburgh. It's cheap, only takes a few minutes, but the view is just spectacular, then you can walk around up on Mt. Washington and enjoy a truly beautiful city (sad that so many people still think it is a gritty steeltown). There's neat churches and neighborhoods to explore up there too. If it's your first time to Pittsburgh, you HAVE to ride the incline, touristy or not. Sometimes there's a good reason all the tourists do the same thing.
