As I'm sitting here in the lobby (they're 20 minutes late for my appointment), I couldn't be happier that this will be my last appointment. Thankfully I only signed up for the month to month ($10 more than the 18 month contract for $99 a month) and have cancelled it as of April 3. Fingers crossed that no unauthorized charges occur beyond that. The overall laser product is good, WHEN it's performed correctly, which is why I'm giving them two stars. The customer service is a whole different story.
Calling in to their 800 number can take forever to get through to someone and you don't have a choice because there isn't a direct number for each location.
Some technicians are nice and do a good job (i.e. Getting all areas that are supposed to be treated) and others are not (e.g. running the laser tool once very quickly over the area). It's hit or miss and when they miss, it sucks especially given the price tag. I am of medium complexion with dark hair, but have very patchy hair growth due to the way some technicians performed the laser removal and still have to shave frequently.
Scheduling is also terrible as it can take several weeks or even two months to get an appointment. When they reschedule you, due to machine maintenance or whatever else, it can be within a days notice even though they require 48 hours for you to reschedule on your end or they charge you a fee.
With so many places offering laser hair removal, please choose somewhere else with better reviews and better customer service. Yes the Groupon to start may seem like a good deal, but even that and their monthly packages are not worth the spotty service that you receive.
