  • Always feel like I overpay but I guess that's just convenience. The staff is always nice and you can always google for a coupon. Here are a few annoyances with this location...one of the service features is the wiping of the windows. It leaves such a disgusting haze, I swear they use a dirty cloth. I request that my windows are not cleaned. To no avail, my windows are always wiped. I wind up having to get my car professionally washed afterward to remove the grime their dirty cloths leave. Bummer. Second issue- bolts were not tightened on skid plate after oil change which led me to have to pull off the side of the road and hobble to repair station to get this fixed. I called this location to let them know this step had been missed but the person I spoke with argued with me about it. My car is brand new and had had one oil change- no one else has touched the car besides the factory. Anyway, it was not a huge deal and didn't warrant and argument. Just be careful with your work and make sure it doesn't happen to someone else. Easy enough.
