  • Had my bottom wisdom teeth removed about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Well the staff and Dr were really nice at first and I really liked the office but then when I realized that I was in extreme pain I had to keep coming back to check why my pain was unbearable well it turns out I had a dry socket . I had to keep coming every 3 days to get the paste and different scripts because nothing worked! So last Monday I came in because my jaw started popping and I was in extreme pain, I couldn't eat or even talk with it out popping and when i asked to see the dentist an assistant came(rude) out and told me that there's nothing they could do to just go back home and rinse with water and salt!! Are you freaking kidding me???? First I was told it was ok to come in when am in pain to get it checked out and now you're telling me it's not your problem anymore?? She made it sound like I was just coming in to get pain meds when really I wanted them to fix the damm problem they caused me! My life right now is hell, am in constant pain, my jaw hurts when it pops, I can't eat, sometimes I can't even talk, and I keep getting the worst headaches!! I hate this place I will never step foot in there again or refer anyone! Oh and to charge my care credit for 4 extractions when I only had 2 remove and just tell me they were putting it as a credit towards a cleaning when I didn't even ask for one and having to go back and have it refunded because it damaged my credit score because my limit is only 900$ (can you say illegal?)
