Another more horrible experience than normal. I get some tiles, and the cashier says it has no bar code. Calls flooring dept, and they will send someone to help. After 10 minutes the cashier tells me to go take a picture of the sku. I go back to do it, and a lady standing there, says, are you the one needing a price on tile, I said yes, and showed her which on. She phoned up to the cashier to give her the sku, and the cashier had peeled off a sticker and found the correct sku. Neither person said anything about the delay. No one cares about customer service at this store. If you can't find it on your own, you will be there quite a while. I think a new manager might help this sub par store.
