  • Destroyed my orthotics! Owner agreed to recover my orthotics and failed to deliver as promised three times in one week. Lied repeatedly telling me she was working on them and was almost done. When I got to the store on the day she finally guaranteed they would be ready, she lied to me again, kept me waiting 30 minutes, and it turned out she had not done any work on them at all and was just now starting to fix them! I told her this was totally unacceptable customer service and I would take my business elsewhere. She brought out the stripped pieces of plastic from each orthotic, placed them in a bag and said "too bad, kiddo" as I left the store. Later that morning, I discovered she had placed fresh glue in each plastic orthotic that day without telling me and they were now glued to the plastic bag and each other! Totally destroyed and unable to be used again, a loss of $350 to replace them. In addition to being unprofessional and unethical, she was consistently rude and offensive in her comments, service, and attitude. I have been an exclusive customer with Foot Solutions locations all over the country for all of my footwear needs over the past 10 years with great service and product expertise. STAY AWAY from the Scottsdale location, an absolutely untrustworthy owner -RUN!!!
