rev:text	After reading all the reviews I can say that the hype about Gaucho is true! The meat is absolutely fantastic. My husband and I split a skirt steak. The only thing is a bit weird is how you order at a counter and sit down for your meal. It is quite pricey for this kind of set up, however given the quality of the food I can let this little detail aside. Make sure you try all of their sauces- absolutely fantastic! I can't wait to come back and try other things.
