The service department has been going down hill over the last couple years, ever since they expanded the department.
I have been taking my 2008 Jeep here for service and repair since I bought it.
The service advisors never answer the phone, and the general service line cannot answer any questions. The only bright spot is Amber, I dialed her extention on accident and did not leave a message, she still called me back and answered all my questions, as opposed to my actual advisor, who as of now (24 hrs after my first message) still has not called back.
