Short version: Extremely rude staff and super long wait times.
Detailed: Came here on August 4th at 12:45 am because my boyfriend had strep throat and his throat was almost completely closed up making it difficult to breathe. The lady at the desk was extremely rude and pretty much told him he should just take his pain killers in other words go home. He proceeded to tell her he knew he had strep throat because he's gotten it a few times and she told him he's not a doctor so there's no way he could know that. He proceeded to explain he needed an IV treatment because he was extremely dehydrated from not being able to drink water and needed medical attention. He was there a total of 5 hrs to get treatment and be seen by the doctor. During the waiting he kindly asked a nurse for his status on his visit because his fluids were all gone and he still hadn't seen the doctor. The nurse looked at him and said "your status?" Then he proceeded to just walk away! My boyfriend looked at him in disbelief that he had heard the question and just plain ignored him. Worst hospital experience ever! The doctor was nice though and diagnosed him with strep throat (the virus, not bacterial) and prescribed the appropriate medication and pain killers. The only reason we came here was because of all the commercials and ads we hear about how much the staff cares about their patients. Oh and a guy told us that he had gone there before and they sent him home, turns out he had pneumonia! Don't come here please.
