| - Line to order has five people, and two cashiers. Very tight space, and confusing to find end of line, and which way to queue. Noise is deafening. I make eye contact with one cashier and she doesn't motion me over. I assume she is in training with the other cashier, and keep waiting. Eventually I walk up and she asks how she can help me! I said there's a whole line of folks who would love to be helped. She says, "Well, I said I could help who's next!" as she inserts an eye roll and huffy sigh. I explained it is loud, so we can't hear you speak, and placed my order.
Fortunately my experience improved from there. Soft drink selection was good, although self-service area is very tight. Took my number to the patio and my pear and bacon omelet appeared shortly. It was lovely, and although the sliced almonds added a strange texture, the flavors blended well. The fruit was ripe and sweet. Server brought silverware and a tiny napkin in a logo paper bag, cute! He was very efficient and brought hot sauce and cleared tables quickly.
It began to rain so I moved inside and took a table. I could then observe clearly how the line worked when there were 15 people in it. Much clearer. Glad I missed the rush!
