  • This gym is fantastic. The owner is very kind and responds quickly to email inquiries. It's a small gym that has everything you need. Since they are open 24/7, it is never overly crowded and you never have to wait for a machine. There aren't showers which isn't a big deal to me because I usually go on my way home from work. Since there are no showers, the owner keeps facial cleanser, lotion, and face wipes in the locker room which is a nice touch. All of the members that I've come in contact with are very kind. The ellipticals and treadmills have TVs on them and all of the equipment is always very clean. The pricing is very fair compared to other places in the area. They also have a chalkboard with everyone's goals on them which is really motivational. Upon joining, you receive a key fob so you have access at anytime. The door is always locked and I always feel very safe. The owner also has cameras set up in the facility just in case any kind of issue arises. I highly recommend this gym and couldn't imagine working out anywhere else
