  • I met some family here and after being told it'd be a 15-20 min wait, they proceeded to keep us in a pitiful holding pattern for the next hour. About 200 people sat down in front of us and finally we left after the managers last lie about sitting us down "in just a minute". The manager utterly fails at his job of "managing" his establishment. I'll never come back to a Texas Roadhouse again.
