  • Pros: Excellent prices! Got the job done... eventually. Cons: Dee, the owner & mom of the operation is pretty checked out and doesn't seem to know the products very well, cabinets especially. The daughter is in the office a lot but is neither pleasant nor helpful. We ordered a full, new set of cabinet doors. Dee didn't seem to mind the minor defects in the assembly and finishing, but I felt like half of them needed to be replaced. The manufacturer only replaced four, and two of those still had defects. There were plenty of other issues, and ultimately I might use them again if I wanted cheap quality for a rental but not for a high-end kitchen or quality work.
