  • I have called this place home before it was Fifty 101. I enjoy the location, neighbors and management staff are awesome. I have gone through two management companies and have had positive interactions with both. The previous manager Kimmie, was awesome to me and my family. Any time I had a problem all my needs were met. There does seem to be a scorpion problem, but I remain on the spray and see no more than ten a year. The new manager, Tammy, is just as helpful and responsive. Also, Ventura is a freaking life saver on many occasions. If you have good people skills, you should have a positive experience. Be proactive and remember: Our lack of planning, isn't their emergency.
