  • The older woman can be quite moody. She comes across as extremely judgmental and acts as if she has the answer to everything. Other times I've gone in and she was helpful. I will be shopping at Basin White from now on. Their prices are better and the staff isn't as moody. One bad experience and I'm turned off from these products completely. When your job is retail, customer service is #1 and I did not ask for your opinion on my choices. :-(
