  • Don't use this company if you care about your neighbors. Company started job at 545 am in November when Phoenix city code is no construction noise until 700 am. When I talked with Mel running the job asking him not to start until 700 am he said "the city rules are ridiculous" and "obviously you have never poured concrete." So thanks Mel for waking up all my kids at 545 in the morning on a school day...
