| - This two star review is specifically based on the availability of the various activities on a Tuesday in October. We had a limited time available, so thought we would do one zipline, and then hike one of the trails. I checked the website before leaving home, it said all activities were open, except there would be no water released, so rafting was not available.
Upon arrival, we went into the store to purchase single activity passes to do one of the ziplines, and were told that the zipline we wanted to try was closed. That all ziplines were closed except one, and it required a full day pass. Hmmm, close all but one and then not allow a single activity pass on it? Ok, we'll try a rope course. And they are all closed except one. And then for hiking, sorry, all the hiking trails are closed except one, which parallels the road entering the facility, and seems more like an unpaved sidewalk for most of the way.
All this despite checking that morning and seeing the updated daily list of areas that are available (but really are not).
So while the Whitewater center looks like an amazing place, if you can't actually do anything that you want to, it's not that amazing.
