  • Best butcher i have found in Las Vegas! Friendly, fun and fantastic quality meats! While waiting the very short time for my custom order I was offered samples of the cooked BBQ behind me. Burnt ends are my favorite and they are out of this world at road kill cafe. One note if it's near a Holiday, don't wait get your meat a few days early. This is a very popular spot, and the line can run out the door through the parking lot and onto the street!
