  • This business is horrible. They do not listen at all and they are not honest with their pricing. They quoted me one number then on the day of the move when the movers arrived they blind sided me with all of these other hidden fees not mentioned in the quote such as shrink wrap, the cost to move the TV, and other items. I also scheduled the move at 11am and the movers showed up at 9am. I was also told that I could use a credit card but when the movers arrive I was told that I could only pay with cash and if I wanted to pay with my card there would be a $25 charge. When I called Caroline to inform her about the quote she gave me, she got very upset and used vulgar language and hung up on me. She was very unprofessional and made to company look bad.
