As previous reviews have written--yes there are flies, yes the service is embarrassingly rude and slow. I'd also point out that the sandwiches are expensive for the size of the serving, especially considering that they're in a neighborhood with several places to get great lunchfood. All that said, they have by far the single best bagel and cream cheese in the area. Indeed, they'd probably be well-regarded as a bagel maker in most small and medium sized cities. So do stop by and get a fresh bagel (but not a sandwich) for a reasonable price, though you'll probably have to wait a half hour to get your food while they're watching TV.
