  • I was really excited to come here after passing by it so many times. I love the golden cup concept and the combination of two of my favorite desserts: ice cream and tiramisu. Unfortunately, my experience was lackluster. Although both the matcha and chocolate versions were visually stunning, that's where the pros end. The ice cream was more of a ice-milk, gelato hybrid. Structurally sound, but ended up tasting more watery than creamy, and with a hole once you got to the center of ice cream. There was way more ice cream than other layers, leaving you with only a hint of the flavour drizzles and marscapone/whipped cream at the bottom. This was more a tiramisu-inspired ice-milk sundae than real tiramisu. The chocolate one did have small brownie pieces and corn flakes. It was surprisingly less sweet than it looks. Ambiance-wise, it was kind of awkward because of the limited seating. This is more of a pick-up and go place. Price wise, it was $7.90 tax included. Okay to try once, especially if you want photos for insta, but personally I wouldn't get it again.
