  • This place is the Worst of the Worst, they tell you one thing and then you trust them and then the manager a Mr Michael Ball(???? yeah right he came up with that) tell you they cant help you when they promise you a finance and then you are financed for triple that percentage WITH NO WARNING....not only that but i bought a 2008 honda crv that i was told i would pay off in 3 years at 350 a month, one year in and i have not paid off any of the principle with 2500 down. Mr Ball(ed faced liar) then said he could not help even though the air=conditioner was under extended warranty THAT had expired one month before I bought the car but that was never told to me, I live in Las Vegas and without the Air Conditioner I cannot work and pay rent or bills, they dont care, Mr Ball and everyone who seems SOOOO nice before you buy the car then cares nothing about you, all I was told - "TALK TO FINANCE...TALK TO SERVICE" I talked to both and t5hey said to talk to the manager - Mr Ball, they do not care about people at all, total scum....sorry i ever went there, New or used car lots are just people who care nothing about others trying to survive.
