What a beautiful dealership and I was fortunate to be able to work with Matt Long. He was very good and easy to talk to. Honestly, if they had the car I was after I would have bought it that day from him. He was so easy to talk with and listed and helped guide my decision instead of insisting. He really is a salesman that you need to seek out because I strongly feel he would do you right.
I came in to drive a Mercedes CLA250 and I just didn't connect with the car like I hoped. I actually stopped here directly after going to my Tuesday appointment at a closed permanently Airport Nissan. He brought the car around and let me drive. This is a big thing, I HATE when the salesman rides with you. You cannot be honest and I hate messing with things when the person is right there. I like to stop and get out and give it a good look and that doesn't happen with Mike or Steve is right there.
Lorraine made me a amazing cup of coffee that I did not want until I saw that they had a full coffee bar. Not an instant machine but authentic real coffee. Well, I got a Latte. The bathrooms are as nice as the Intercontinental at the Cleveland Clinic. Amazing.
There was a grand piano in the show room, as someone who has played for 13 years, I really wanted to hop on it but I had a car to drive. I did the test drive and after talked with Matt who listened to what I liked and did not like and didn't make me feel bad at all that I did not want the car and instead offered to help me find a better fit and discussed options with me and it helped so much. I talk way too much and Matt was patient and listened and he deserves sales so I recommend everyone to stop here and take a look at their inventory. Amazing experience.
