I've previously enjoyed the services here however, I went to get my hair blown out for an event and when I arrived I was told the stylist, Andrea, was running at least 30 minutes behind since a previous client had added on several things to her services. Normally I may be able to wait however we had a wedding to be at and the receptionist just kept apologizing saying they were sorry and did I want to reschedule...oh and the best part was they wouldn't charge me! Obviously you're not charging me for failing to provide any services whatsoever! I was willing to have another stylist do my hair but none were available. I had been to Andrea before and really liked her however instead of walking over to me and apologizing for the inconvenience she just kept staring awkwardly and stayed away. This is not the type of place I would go back to. I often get my hair done 2-3 times a week as do a number of my friends. I thought I had found a great local place to go to and had actually told several people to make appointments with her- rest assured, they won't be going either. I understand that people run late but there was absolutely no consideration for my time. If you have a client who wants more services than they booked they should have to work around other clients time- not the other way around.H ad I known earlier I could have made the necessary adjustments but walking in and being asked if I want to reschedule is really unacceptable customer service.
