  • Did the same thing to me.... 39. annual fee AFTER membership was cancelled! I WATCHED the guy put the cancellation info into the computer over a month ago. Was then charged another month...Was told "don't see any record of that cancellation". Just filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office.... seems this happens a lot.
