  • Count my review as negative ten stars. Worst HOA I've ever dealt with. Honestly ask before you buy a home that is managed by this group so bad that we had to get a lawyer. You see them as the HOA company of a development you are considering buying run fast and far away. They said there was a surplus in the community account and still they raised the fees. They are always harassing about the dumbest stuff and if you don't comply they won't just fine you they call the city to have them fine you as well. Honestly would not wish this company and its services on my worst enemy.
