Sigh, where to begin. I've been using their service department for the last two years, and not once have I walked out happy. I'd drop a bike off the night before it was to have new tires on it, and they wouldn't get it up on the lift until almost the end of the following day. Their customer service when handling complaints is about the same as their customer service when it comes to buying a bike. I have been thinking about getting a new Indian Scout for the last 12 months or so. I've been in there several times looking at them, but only once did anybody ever give me the time of day. If a hot girl came by they'd damn near push you over to go help her though.
So in the end I've decided to try to find a new shop to get my bike serviced at, which isn't easy because the Ride Now group keeps gobbling up all the little guys. I guess it's why they can treat you like a number though because that's all you are to them.
