  • Understaffed. Always. 10 people in line, 2 tellers? Must be B of A policy. Every branch is like this. It is infuriating. Doesn't matter what day, what time of day. Understaffed. B of A doesn't value it's customer's business or their time. Time to find a better bank. It shouldn't be hard.
