| - This is one of the best bar's I have ever been in...
First of all, the view of the Las Vegas skyline is flawless... This bar is located at the top of The Palms hotel and Casino, which is not one of the nicest casinos in Vegas, but it is off the beaten track and definitely has personality.
Because it is away from the hustle and bustle of the main part of the Vegas strip, it has the best view in the city. It is detached and lets you get a real bird's eye view of the awesome skyline and yet you are right in the middle of the action of the city.
The bar feels separate from The Palms in many ways. You take an elevator up to the top and are let out into this class bar with amazing lighting. It feels a little like a lounge, except that the dim blue and white lighting gives the impression that they mean business.
Go up to the shinny bar and get a great rink with great service.
The DJ doesn't have the music too loud that you can't hear the people around you, but still has the volume where you know this is going to be a good party and that this music is perfect for this night.
Make your way out onto the ever famous balcony with glass floor.
The glass floor is cool, but still can't beat the glass floor at the CN Tower in Toronto. Still Ghost Bar's glass floor looks straight down onto the beautiful Palms pool. It's quite the sight from way up high looking between your feet.
Again, it's the view that makes this place a surreal experience and sets a great backdrop for an incredible night...
The people there are ready to party. After all, it is Vegas and it is Ghost Bar. I met people from San Diego Cali, Texas, British Columbia and Australia.
It beats the generic club scene and gets you in a social environment that will start your night right.
