Nothing like a good run around. Bought a pair of shoes at this store on a Saturday but they had to drop ship them as they were not in stock. Despite the fact that the sales person repeated the size back to me, the wrong size was ordered and when I saw the e mail confirmation same day, I called and let them know. They assured me they would intercept the order first thing Monday and get the right size shipped. Called customer care at the 800 number Monday after I received an e mail telling me my shoes had shipped and she told me they would intercept the order as they had shipped the wrong ones. BTW, she told me nobody from the store had called and requested interception. Fast forward to Friday when I don't have any shoes, I call customer care at the 800 number and find out that they did intercept the order, but that there was nothing in their files about shipping the right size shoes. There was no offer to do it next day or anything like that (which the first person on Monday actually offered and told me would be done), only that they can refund me my money.So not only did the sales folks at the store not follow up, the customer service folks at the corporate office did not either. Unreal lack of coordination and a terrible business model for customer service. I'll be buying our shoes and guiding all of my running friends and colleagues elsewhere for sure.
