  • It's with great sadness I write this but being the closest pet store to my place of residence I have gone to purchase cat food and they're either always out (literally empty shelves of no cat food) or very few options. Same goes with their canned food selection. They're either always out or have very limited canned food options. This has been going on for months! Also the sweet young lady with a cat named Midnight is never there anymore. It's now this awkward guy who must have recently been hired. He's terrible and kind of rude and not helpful what-so-ever. I've had to go to Pet Valu all the way at St. Clair and Yonge which has been a bit of a pain but at least I can count on them having the products I need.
