  • Purchased an 04 Hyundai Accent from here and were under the impression that everything was taken care of as we were preapproved. It was known that the car was purchased for my teenage daughter. The dealer knew Mon that the car was too old for the financing and that the dealer was asking 4k above what the KBB stated the car was worth. We had to return the car as the bank would not finance due to the dealership not willing to work with the 4k difference of what they were asking and what the car was worth. When the car was returned, the manager asked what can be done to keep the car.??!! He was told that my daughter no longer wanted the car as she felt that we should not have been treated in that manner so we went to Mark Kia and purchased a 2009 even cheaper than the Accent and within the reasonable mark up from the KBB. Prior to this awful experience at AutoNation Hyuandai, my husband and I purchased 3 cars, including two brand new cars, from the dealer since 2004. NEVER NEVER again.
