Poor Customer Service
I called to confirm a product (touch-up paint) was in stock. The parts representative confirmed they had 3 in stock. Upon arrival, the same parts representative (he remembered me) couldn't find any and gave me a "its not my problem" face....the computer says they are in stock.
I emailed the dealership and emphasized that the representative's lack of diligence resulted in me wasting my time. The parts department manager (initials - JK) did respond to me. However, he just apologized and never responded back to me when I asked him to ship the touch-up paint directly to my house because they had already wasted enough of my time.
Apparently the investment in shipping the paint to my home was too much for this dealership. There are plenty of other ones out there and I will not patronize one that is disrespectful to its customers (even at the management level). Especially when I gave them an opportunity to "make it right" before coming to that conclusion.
