  • Love my haircuts at Zoe's. Actually, they are the best haircuts I have received anywhere. It is funny when you go to a place long enough you think your are getting a good haircut but then you decide to make a change to another salon and realize you were not getting a good hair cut all that time. The people there are very sweet and make you feel glad you are there. I am soooo glad I made the change. I actually made the change about a year ago and have never looked back. It was a good decision. I would highly recommend this place. It is located on the corner of Recker and McKellips.
