While I really enjoy the service I receive here ( Love Janet Floyd she is lovely in every sense of the word), I cannot deal with the billing errors. I have been going here for three years and every single time I am billed an exorbitant amount and have to go through the nightmare call-center a couple times before I can get it changed. The call center alone will take you roughly a half-hour of wait time before you can speak to an actual person.
What makes me feel worse about this is that I recommended Piedmont and my poor co-worker had the same thing happen twice. It makes me think that they are intentionally billing people in hopes that some will blindly pay it. It's really upsetting that they would take advantage of their loyal customers in that way.
I have a hard time simply leaving because againI have no crazy wait times when I get there, they are thorough, professional (medical staff), and personable.
But considering the frustration I have to ask myself if it is really worth it. You know that old saying...three times you're out.
