  • I recently purchased a used vehicle from Hertz Car Sales in Scottsdale and I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I've ever had! I was concerned that it would be the usual prolonged process that takes most of the day going back in forth of price, interest rate and monthly payments - but that wasn't the case at all. Instead of the typical "holier than thou" dealership attitude, the staff at Hertz was very friendly, engaged and helpful. In fact, the process was made super simple by their sales associate Brian, who explained that the price is as advertised online and that no haggling is necessary. Following a relaxed test drive the whole time frame to complete the transaction was just a couple of hours after hammering out financing options and signing paperwork. I would absolutely recommend Brian, as his easygoing demeanor and level-headed professionalism made it feel as though you were closing the deal with an old friend!
