  • I went there 2 weeks ago reading all the reviews on Yelp and a recommendation from a friend who visited once to this place. I had Sasha cut my hair. I am new to Calgary and have not had a haircut in 10 months. I had beautiful long curly hair. I went to this place seeing it as a value-for-money type of place. How bad can a yelp 4-star rated salon be!! It was the worst haircut ever. I felt it as soon as she was done with it, and when I told her, she just said she would fix it by blowdrying it. After that when I washed the hair for the first time, it dried out so much. It felt as if my hair were nibbled rather than cut. I had to take a shower again after visiting the place which should not be the case for any professional salon. She didn't even offer me to clean it up , I had to brush it off my neck and around. Firstly the place was unclean. The towels they used were clean though stained of previous hair colors. The floor had lot of hair lying around. I had an appointment at 2 and she took me in at 2:30. I don't see a point of giving an appointment then. I thought it turned out to be one of those places that is cheap for a reason. I repent going there so much! MY hair to me is my confidence, something you were everyday and having it messed up like this is such a pain. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend a few bucks on your hair because as I said it takes time to recover from a bad hair cut.
