  • Love this hotel. They are accommodating and all the staff are professional and friendly and responsive. Need pool towels, immediately they appear. The chamber maids speak to you and you feel like a guest. The front desk was slammed with a wedding, a family reunion, a dance competition and families on summer vacation, drunk guests from the wedding and they handled it promptly and courteously. The bartender makes the best Cosmos! She's a gem! This hotel is right next to the Monroeville Mall and many restaurants. Their handicap room was very good, bars for support and very spacious if you are using a wheel chair. The atmosphere of this hotel is just inviting and friendly. Pool chemicals are a little strong, but this is my favorite hotel of my travels. This year I drove from San Diego to Maine with my daughter her three kids and my son in law who is a Marine. Many nice hotels, many different chains. This one is the best!
