  • They have lots of moving supplies but using them as movers, I have mixed feelings. The interactions I had with the main contact person were disorganized. I had given my credit card info for first hour of deposit and the very next day upon confirming details, I was asked for my info again to confirm moving date. After agreeing on 2 movers, and confirming this the day before, three movers actually showed up on the morning of the move. Upon asking the main contact about this, I had no response from him all day. At the end of the day, I had requested a receipt to be emailed to me. He didn't until I asked him about it 2 days later. He responded within minutes with just the scan of the receipt. I replied and asked him again about whether I was in fact charged for 3 people, and no response. Disappointing as the movers we had were good but the contact person is disorganized and somehow snuck in a third person, and charged me for it, when that wasn't agreed upon in our emails. A friend who had also used them recommends to get quotes and everything in writing.
