Would not recommend making a booking with this hotel. Went through a third party vendor for my company and made two separate hotel reservations. Realizing my error that one reservation was made for the wrong time frame, I was directed via the third party vendor to speak with the hotel management about the reservation due to the hotel's strict change policy.
Spoke with Jamey at the hotel less than an hour after the reservation was placed and despite the reservation being a month out (requested the reservation be changed to July 22-23, 2017), I was advised that there was nothing he could do about changing the reservation. I can understand a reservation not being changed 24-48 hours in advance, but not allowing a change on a reservation a month in advance and calling within an hour of making the reservation is completely mind numbing to me. This wasn't even a cancellation request, it was a date change request.
Poor customer service and would not even close to representing the Hilton brand of hotels. I will be taking my business to Marriott from now on.
