  • Numerous times no hot water or any water from centralized tanks. Had to file complaint with county building code enforcement for health/safety/violations mgt didn't want to fix. Musty mildew from no windows, ventilation, or screen on door to get any kind of airflow. No exhaust fan over stove so cooking smells stay in unit. Crappy 'included free' internet rarely works. Outrageous rent for studio size with so many issues. Place looks nice, but so does a pig with lipstick!! Run from this place!! Please read all other negative reviews from other renters.
