  • I couldn't be more thankful to have stumbled upon this location. While I refuse to ever step foot in the Southern Highlands location again due to the bad attitude, (sorry) but complete resting b!tch face, too busy to explain anything, acted as if I was bothering her when I was there to give business..... I received this from Alicia, but when you leave Alicia is a completely different person. You know, everyday shouldn't be a bad day! Be happy or get out of the customer service industry! I can tell you that Landry and Karina have made me want to stay! I travel from Southern Highlands to this location because of your friendly staff and the knowledge! If it wasn't for Landry I probably never would have used lotions before. She took the time to fully explain how each and everyone worked based on my tanning goals, she also gave me a tour of the store, showing me each bed and when I finally chose, she explained in full detail how to work it. Tanning has definitely come a long way and these beds sure are pretty different from the 90's! Also, I have to add that this is the absolute cleanest location I have EVER visited! I wish that all of your stores were employed by such amazing young ladies that are full of personality, knowledge and know what true customer service means. If you had more people like the two of them, I guarantee all of your stores would be super busy! Thanks for such a great experience and a huge thanks to Landry & Karina for all that they have done to help me with my tanning goals! Way to go Body Heat Durango Girls!! Seriously keep up the amazing work so I can continue to tan there as well as send all of my friends & family to this location! If upper management reads these comments, I recommend that these girls are recognized for ALWAYS going above and beyond! Landry didn't have to do all that was done but she did it and had a smile the entire time. Awesome customer service! So impressed, I could keep going!
