It's a place to sleep -- that is if you can sleep through anything. You can hear everything that goes on in the neighboring rooms and hallway. EVERYTHING. The heater turning on and off all night isn't pleasant either (I recommend shutting it off).
The breakfast is, well, breakfast. Nothing special, but something to grab on your way out the door.
They have a shuttle that will pick you up or drive you to different area locations, but it doesn't run on Sunday. That would be find and dandy if the staff here knew that. My partner and I asked several employees, including the shuttle bus driver, and were told it would be running. Come Sunday morning, I got a distressed phone call from my partner saying I had to come down, clean off my car (in my PJs!) and drive them to their meeting because -- surprise! -- the shuttle wasn't running.
Most of the staff were courteous enough, that is, when you were able to find them. There is no one staffing the front desk so you have to wait for someone to come out and greet you -- sometimes longer than you would like. It seems the service is either great or nonexistent depending on who's working.
