| - Update: Even more horrible. Went to my unit on the day of Halloween to retrieve a costume I *needed* for a party. For the first time, I had inadvertently paid my bill a few days late the month prior, but arrived at my unit *eight* days after I brought my account current. To my absolute dismay and displeasure, the office STILL had a red lock on my unit, preventing me from accessing my stuff.
Seriously?? They had over a week to remove the "paid-late" lock and yet, I was locked out, on a holiday, without my costume. Absolute garbage service.

Go elsewhere. I tried to access my unit during normal hours, with my bill paid in full of course, and the gate told me "We're sorry, this area currently closed." I called the main 1-800 number, and they gave me an bypass code, but but this took an hour to resolve at which point I had ten minutes to do my business... Absolutely ridiculous. I'm heading out of town tomorrow and cannot access *MY* CAMPING GEAR. ***EDIT: after this huge hassle, they gave me a months rent free. Thus, I'm changing my review from one star to two. The office manager informed me that "they have had prolonged issues with the gate not allowing access during normal hours." Really? With a hundred or more units and a huge corporate organization, they can certainly afford to fix the broken gate. For this reason I remain unsatisfied.
