  • My wife and I went into Zara's in The Fashion Show Mall in Las Vegas and my wife saw a pair of tennis shoes on a mannequin she liked. The clerk checked in the back and said they were out of her size. We checked the pair on the mannequin and they were my wifes size. We asked the clerk if she could swap out the shoes with an identical pair so my wife could buy them. She told us they were not allowed to take anything from the manaquins. I assured her we were going to purchase the shoes and she still refused. I located a manager and she told me they could not take anything off of a mannequin. I said, "You have another pair identical to these why can't you just swap them out?" She said she would not do it!!! I asked if they weren't in the business to sell their clothes and make money but there was no changing her mind. My wife ended up going into another store and had spent over $700.00 by the time she left. I'm glad Zara missed those sales and ALL FUTURE PURCHASES BY US!!! Many other very dissatisfied customers voicing their opinions on here. STAY AWAY FROM ZARA'S, TERRIBLE STORE!!!
