rev:text	I was misdiagnosed by Pandora Williams, I believe she is a Nurse Practitioner, which lead to incorrect treatment at this facility.Came to this location on Memorial Day 5/28/18, it was one of the several places open on this day and I needed medical attention for a lump and rash I had under my arm. The admin was very nice, as I waited in my room with the door slightly open, I heard her outside my room making a comment to another person in her staff, she said something like "I can't believe all these people are here today on a holiday, some of them don't even come here, like this lady right here" (meaning me because she was heading to my room). I already did not have a good impression of her because of her comment. Really! you get paid to do what you do, and to give medical attention to anyone whom is in need of it! She then proceeds to go into my room and she is in a hurry, looks at my armpit and says to me that I have a spider bite. She prescribes me an antibiotic and a steroid. Well my symptoms for the next 3 days only got worse, so I decided to visit my doctor, whom was upset I didn't go in to see him earlier because my condition had gotten worse. I told him I had seen someone at Healthcare Partners and she diagnosed me with a spider bite. Well turns out I have SHINGLES and what she prescribed me only made things worse. This really upsets me, because first of all, we seek medical attention in hope to get help and feel better. Second of all, I am one of many that doesn't have health insurance, therefore, I paid for my consultation in cash. I am very disappointed in this place, I work hard for my money and for what!? to be misdiagnosed!
