| - I not the one to usually write bad reviews. I mean, I believe in second and third and even fourth chances. But enough is enough. This is my third time here and it gets worst each time. I called to make an appointment and was told I could be there by 2:30pm. I get there on time and they looked at me like they didn't know how to greet a person. I kindly said my name and told them I made a reservation for a shellac manicure. They told me to choose my colour. I am really indecisive when it comes to my colour. I spent about 5 mins and the lady said "sit", I asked if i should pick my colour and she said "ya", rolls her eyes, walks to the back and starts talking to her coworker in another language. I kept my cool and told myself that she is probably having a bad day. I get my colour and I sit down. I wait about 10 minutes before she comes and he starts taking off my existing shellac. She stopped in between about 3 times. twice to help another customer (which i dont mind) but the third time to pick up a personal phone call. I tried to create conversation with her, asked about her holiday season, how her day was going, even the damn weather. She gave me one-word answers and i gave up. I smiled and sat there quietly. She was really preoccupied with things happening around, the other customers, people walking in and out of the salon.
I am really disappointed with the quality of the work she has done on my nails. I am so disappointed with the customer service.
Sad to say, that was my third and last time. Your job is to work with people, be a people's person or at least pretend? Just a thought.
