You'd think with approximately 2.7 sales people per square feet (rough estimate of course) they would be helpful. Sadly this is not the case.
The ONLY reason we came here is because we found a pretty good deal online and wanted to see if the product was really worth it. We couldn't find the model from the ad, so we figured we should ask one of the many many sales people for help. When we asked one of the guys just standing around doing absolutely nothing whatsoever where the X-brand mattress was that was on sale for Y-dollars he casually pointed in a direction. When we went to where he pointed there were zero X-brand mattresses to be found. Thanks guy #1.
We found someone else in hopes that they would be more useful. When we asked someone else the next guy said the sale was over. I told him we had JUST looked at the website and had the ad pulled up on my phone to show him. 'Uh, uh, uh, I don't know but we're out of those. I'll see if my boss will let me sell you the floor model of that totally different mattress over there for the same price.' Oh would you? It would make my day if you could get me some random visibly filthy mattress that countless people have been laying on AND a $20 discount off the hand written price tag that screams garage sale! Thanks guy #2.
Since this place is in the same shopping center as Costco and within a mile of Ikea you'd think it would try not to suck so hard.
p.s. if I am showing you something on a smartphone don't expect me not to use it to immediately draft a review if your customer service is awful.
