  • i just left the jacksons car was on 83rd. horrible experience! ! had to have them vacuum the car over the entire carwash was crap. spoke to manager robert asked if they could rewipe down doors and vacuum again. he had a pissy attitude refused to give me a refund. said they do not refund!!! what company does not refund for crappy service & bad job? robert was nasty when i showed him what was wrong. the guys kept passing blame on each other ! i highly suggest never going to this location!!! now i have to call my bank to dispute the charges!! you guys suck!!! unprofessional & rude!! horrible experience! ! if i could give zero stars i would!!!! thanks for nothing robert!!! thanks for speaking down to me & only caring about your $$$$$!! i will spread the word of my horrible service and the managers unprofessionalism to everyone i know and all of social media!!!! do not give these people your money!!!!
