  • I have never been treated more poorly by "healthcare professionals" in my life. When I was called in I said "hi" to the nurse and she ignored me. I have anxiety and wanted to talk to the doctor before letting them touch my eyes. They wouldn't let me see the dr at all because I wouldn't let them dilate or numb my eyes without talking to the dr. The nurse called in the supervisor who was extremely cold and just told me that if I wouldn't let them do these things they wouldn't let me talk to the dr.
